  1. Gift Voucher Expiration
    • All gift vouchers issued by SMILE BALLOONS are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please refer to your voucher for the exact expiration date. Once a voucher expires, it cannot be used to book a flight.
  2.  Booking and Payment
    • When booking a hot air balloon flight, customers can pay a deposit of 20% of the total cost or the full amount. The remaining balance must be paid at the meeting point.
  3. Flight Cancellations by Organizer or Pilot
    • If a hot air balloon flight is canceled by the organizer or pilot due to reasons such as adverse weather conditions or safety concerns, customers are entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid. The refund will be processed as follows:
      • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the bank account or bank card used for the original payment.
  4. Flight Cancellations by the Client
    • Cancellation with 48 Hours’ Notice: If a customer cancels their hot air balloon flight reservation and provides at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled flight time, they are eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid.
    • The refund will be processed as follows: Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the bank account or bank card used for the original payment.
    • Late Cancellation or No-Show: If a customer cancels their flight with less than 48 hours notice or fails to show up at the flight without prior notice, no refund will be issued, and the full amount paid will be forfeited.
  5. Gift Voucher Returns
    • If a customer wishes to return a purchased gift voucher, they have the right to do so within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the voucher must be unused. The refund will be processed as follows:
      • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the bank account or bank card used for the original payment.
  6. Proof of Payment
    • Customers must provide proof of payment, such as a receipt or bank statement when requesting a refund.
  7. Safety and Liability
    • SMILE BALLOONS has third party and passenger damage insurance in force and complies with all laws governing air travel. Customers are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the flight and must follow the instructions of the pilot and crew.
    • Customers must sign a waiver of liability prior to the flight and have adequate travel insurance in place to cover any potential risks or damages.
    • In the event of damage, the passenger must first contact and use his/her own insurance before contacting SMILE BALLOONS insurance.
  8. Privacy and Data Protection
    • SMILE BALLOONS respects the privacy and data protection of its customers and only collects, uses, and stores their personal information for the purposes of providing its services and complying with the law. SMILE BALLOONS does not share or sell its customers’ personal information to any third parties without their consent and follows the relevant data protection regulations in its jurisdiction.
