• You’ll typically meet at a designated launch site, which will be provided by our flight coordinator the day before your flight.
• The meeting time varies depending on the sunrise or sunset schedule, but it’s usually around 5:30 – 7:00  in the morning or 18:00 – 19:00 in the evening.
• We will provide you with the exact meeting time and location details in advance of your scheduled flight. It’s important to arrive on time to ensure a smooth and timely take-off.

• A hot air balloon flight usually lasts from 45 minutes to an hour, depending on weather conditions. 
• The entire experience, including pre-flight setup and post-flight celebrations, can take several hours.

Yes. You can bring cameras and smartphones on your flight. Secure all devices during flight to prevent accidents.

• Weather cancellations occur due to strong/soft winds, storms, rain, or fog.
• Weather forecasts undergo checking in advance, but sometimes contain inaccuracies.
• We reschedule your flight if cancellation happens, even at the last minute.
• Safety remains our top priority.

For a hot air balloon ride:

• Dress in layers for temperature changes during flight
• Wear closed-toe shoes for wet morning grass
• Bring a light jacket or sweater
• Wear long-sleeved shirts to protect from mosquitoes at landing sites
• Use a hat and sunglasses for sun protection

We want your balloon ride to be memorable for all the right reasons. If you’re expecting or have health issues, check with your doctor first. Our pilots need to know about any medical concerns before takeoff – just mention it when you arrive so we can make sure you’re comfortable.

Our balloons fly using the oldest principle in aviation – hot air rises. The pilot heats the air inside our balloon using our burners, and that warm air naturally wants to climb above the cooler outside air. Need to go higher? We add more heat. Ready to descend? We let some of that hot air cool down. It’s simple physics that delivers a magical experience. The different wind directions at various altitudes even let us steer by changing our height!

Arrive at our launch field about an hour before your scheduled flight.

You’ll find our crew already busy preparing for your adventure.

We’ll introduce you to your pilot while the team lays out the balloon.

Most guests enjoy watching (or helping!) as we begin inflation with our ground fans. When the envelope is partially filled, your pilot will test the burners – that’s when things get exciting!

Those powerful flames will slowly bring the balloon upright, transforming a pile of fabric into your aircraft.

This whole process takes about 30 minutes and gives you plenty of chances for photos before we welcome you aboard.

Hot air balloon rides maintain high safety standards through:

There are some age and weight restrictions to be aware of.

Children must be at least five years old to fly. We also have to consider the total weight of all passengers on board.

Weight considerations: Total passenger weight affects flight capacity. Inform us when booking if you weigh over 100 kg or are flying with others so our flight coordinator can check availability.

Please note that the use of strong alcohol, drugs and psychotropic substances is strictly prohibited before and during the flight.
